Ingredients
1 tin chickpeas, cooked
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp 0% fat natural Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp tahini paste
1 tbsp fresh coriander
½ tbsp olive oil
Method
Step 1: Add all the ingredients to the mini chopper and blitz until a chunky houmous has formed
Step 2: For a smoother houmous, gradually add more water to the mini chopper and blitz until the desired texture is achieved
