Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

1 avocado
½ large tomato, finely diced
¼ small onion, finely diced
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
½ tbsp lime juice

Method

Step 1: Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh.
Step 2: Add to the mini chopper and blitz until smooth.
Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients to the avocado, mix and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Serve straight away or store sealed in the fridge.
