Herby Yoghurt Dip with Crudités Recipe

Ingredients

100g 0% fat natural Greek yoghurt
½ lemon, zested and juiced
½ garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp fresh mint
1 tbsp fresh coriander
¼ tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 servings vegetable crudités

Method

Step 1: In the mini chopper attachment, add the yoghurt, garlic and lemon zest and season to taste.
Step 2: Add the mint and coriander, then blitz until fully mixed.
Step 3: Spoon into a small bowl and drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil.

Serve with mixed vegetable crudités on the side.
