Ingredients
150g 0% fat natural Greek yoghurt
10g fresh parsley
3 tbsp water
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1: Combine the yoghurt, parsley, garlic, water and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix until combined. Season to taste.
