Terms & Conditions

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit and Debit cards which are carefully protected against fraud and verified by major banks. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Please note: goods cannot be collected from our premises.

Most listings include delivery (Free P&P) to a UK Mainland address but additional delivery services may be available; which will be outlined at the check-out stage of your transaction process. Progress will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through incorrect delivery addresses being provided, as these items may need to be re-delivered.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving full payment. If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or where possible an alternative product.

All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Parcel Force and UPS and you will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

Warranties & Guarantees

All products listed as 'new' carry a manufacturer's guarantee; the time period of the guarantee will be different for each product. Progress will provide a standard 12 month guarantee on all purchases. Any damages incurred from every day wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee.

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty or develops a fault within the time period stated under the 'Warranties & Guarantees' section of this page, we will pay reasonable costs for the goods to be returned. Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the returned goods are not damaged in transit and proof of postage must be obtained.

In the event that we cannot provide an exact replacement, a similar product will be offered. If we cannot provide an exact or similar replacement, a full refund will be offered. If an item is not available due to stock shortages, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product. If an alternative product is purchased but you decide you wish to return it, you will need to pay reasonable costs for returning the product.

Please contact us in advance regarding our returns procedure, as refunds cannot be processed without the correct information being provided.

Cancellation

If after making your purchase, you have a sudden change of mind. There is a "cooling period" of 14 working days for which you can cancel your order providing the product ordered has not been used.

If you ordered the item and decide that it is no longer suitable, please contact us at customerservice@progresscookshop.com where a refund will only be provided if reasonable care has been taken to ensure we receive the returned item.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via the email address, a phone call is not sufficient.

Effective date of cancellation is the date the customer gives notice of cancellation. All costs to return the product are to be paid by the buyer. Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the returned goods are not damaged in transit and proof of postage must be obtained.
