Avocado and Boiled Egg on Toast

Ingredients

40g avocado
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
1 medium egg, boiled and sliced
1 pinch chilli flakes, to serve

Method

Step 1: Place the avocado on the toast and mash with the back of a fork.
Step 2: Top with the sliced boiled egg and season with freshly ground black pepper and the chilli flakes.
