Harissa Yoghurt Dip Recipe

Ingredients

200g roasted red peppers in brine
50g 0% fat natural Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp harissa paste
¼ garlic clove
¼ tsp paprika
¼ ground cumin
Variety of vegetable crudités

Method

Step 1: Drain the roasted red peppers, place in the blender and blitz until smooth.
Step 2: Add the Greek yoghurt, harissa paste, garlic, paprika, ground cumin and lemon juice, then blitz until smooth.
Step 3: Transfer to a bowl, season to taste and serve with a variety of zero hero vegetable crudités.
