Salt and Vinegar Popcorn

Ingredients

80g popcorn kernels
6 tsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp salt
Calorie-controlled cooking spray

Method

Step 1: Using the measuring cup, add one cup of the popcorn kernels into the popcorn inlet. (One full measuring cup is equal to two servings).
Step 2: Place a large bowl underneath the spout to collect the popped corn. Cook the popcorn kernels for approximately 3 minutes. Repeat for remaining popcorn kernels.
Step 3: Mist the popcorn with cooking spray. Sprinkle over the salt and drizzle over the balsamic vinegar. Mix well to combine.
