Salted Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

20g popcorn kernels
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp icing sugar
¼ tsp salt
Calorie controlled cooking spray

Method

Step 1: Using the measuring cup, add ½ cup of the popcorn kernels into the popcorn inlet. (Half a measuring cup is equal to one serving).
Step 2: Place a large bowl underneath the spout to collect the popped corn. Cook the popcorn kernels for approximately 3 minutes.
Step 3: Mist the popcorn with cooking spray and transfer to a plastic food bag.

Step 4: Combine the cocoa powder, icing sugar and sea salt in a small bowl, then add to the bag, seal and shake well to coat.
